Mr. Tod I. Mammuth is a partner of the law firm which he began in Philadelphia, PA in 1978.
He received his Bachelor’s Degree in 1969 from Temple University and his J.D. Degree in
1972 from Temple University Law School. He has practiced trial law concentrating in
negligence, products liability, insurance claims, as well as healthcare law.
Tod Mammuth has dedicated himself to the representation of profoundly injured victims.
His practice involves complex cases arising out of motor vehicle accidents, premises and
products liability, and workers' site negligence. Tod is an active litigator and has
gained substantial compensation for his clients. He is a lifetime member of the Million
Dollar Advocates Forum, and has served as a Judge Pro Tem and as an Arbitrator in many
jurisdictions. Licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Tod has offices in Bala Cynwyd,

He was a member of the Board of Governors of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association. He served as a member for the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. He is an active member in the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, as well as the Philadelphia Bar Association.
